Before the incident
Snow fall accumulation on back porch area of house where client and staff had not been travelling. Steps in the snow had made slick patches that couldn 't be de-iced until after shoveling. Other staff has since de-iced now that snow is removed.
What happened
Staff was shoveling rear patio after seeing client footsteps in the snow. Near the end of shoveling staff was throwing a full shovel load of snow and lost footing twisting back before catching themself.
