while in the kitchen i tried to feed her breakfast she became agitated grab ahold of me and pulled me down

in the kitchen with client she became upset and aggressive and grabbed staff on the sweatshirt and pulled me downwards i became unsteady on my feet and landed on my right side hitting my elbow and hip. called for help.
