Before the incident

I honestly think that it was an accident. I am not sure what I could have done differently except for not fall.

What happened

lost my balance and fell. My left knee and my forehead caught the brunt of my fall. My head hit the bottom corner of the driver side door puncturing my head above my right eye in my hair line. It resulted in a 4inch laceration accross my forehead.
