Before the incident
Restraining pt. in such a tight space ARS rm floor outside of the bathroom did not help made it harder for staff to restrain pt. especially while pt. is trying to resist.
What happened
Staff were struggling to restrain client. I helped restrain client; he was lying face down at the time of being restrained. We went to stand him up to move onto bed he kicked my ankle trying to struggle to get out of the restraints.
