Before the incident
Patient was around the nurse station mostly from the beginning [REDACTED]. he asked staff to give him his personal belongings and that he be released as he was being held illegally and contrary to his wish.
What happened
Patient attacked me. I ran away to avoid him. I ran into room number 108 he came after me and struck me on the head attempted to bite me severally and pinch me. I got to a dead end while patient fell on me.
