Before the incident
The team was placing me in the restraint chair while in handcuffs and my arm was in an awkward position and I could not adjust fast enough and it strained my elbow.
What happened
Assisting the training department with Physical intervention training (PIT). I felt as if I might have pulled a muscle. I informed the training staff that I would be ok I am just going to but ice on it.
