loss of balance: while ascending the stairs i experienced a sudden loss of balance which cause caused the initial trip and fall.
What happened
while [REDACTED] pregnant walking up the stairs i lost my balance approximately three steps from the top. i tripped and fell landing hard. my back struck the entrance door and both knees hit the wall.
