The client was not on medications during the time of the assault and was refusing his medication during his admission on C1. C1 on-ward staff did not help redirect or remove the client during his noticeable and loud actions and behaviors.
What happened
The client approached Staff and began striking Staff on the head and both sides of the ear multiple times. She attempted to cover her face with her arms while staff eventually restrained the client.
