What happened
The employee was wrapping a pallet on the middle wrapping machine# 2 at building [REDACTED]. He put the step ladder too close to the turntable of the machine. When he started the machine the pallet hit his ladder making him lose his balance. He attempted to hold on to the top of the machine so that he didn 't fall to the floor. He complained of right shoulder pain
