while sitting in the inventory position area two totes fell from the stack and hit the employee on the elbow. She came to my office and reported this incident to myself and the pharmacy manager and declined to go to OHS. She said it hurt a little bit then retracted it when I said she needed to be seen at OHS. The manager told her if she later feels she needs to go to OHS to let us know and she returned to work.
