What happened
I assisted the patient to the bathroom with her RN. RN was present the whole time and assisted with the patient with me. We both got her off the toilet and moved over to the sink. After she was done washing her hands she stated that she was feeling lightheaded and dizzy. Shortly after she passed out. I was standing right behind her to help keep her balance so the RN and I assisted the patient to the floor. Once patient woke back up the RN and I assisted the patient off the floor and into the bed.
