As I was leaving work for the day around [REDACTED] out the employee exit at [REDACTED] I slipped and fell on an untreated patch of ice on the sidewalk between the door and circular valet driveway. I fell directly on my left knee. Two fellow employees whom I do not know had to help me get up. After I fell another unknown employee placed a sign in the area where I fell.
