THE EMPLOYEE WAS SENDING A MEMBER OUT TO THE ER AND SO THE EMPLOYEE ASSISTED IN MOVING THE MEMBER FROM THE BED TO THE STRETCHER USING THE STAND AND PIVOT MANEUVER AND WHILE HOLDING THE MEMBER PLACING HER LEFT ARM UNDER THE MEMBER 'S RIGHT ARM WHILE ALSO USING THE GAIT BELT THE MEMBER DROPPED DOWN LIKE HE WAS FALLING CAUSING THE EMPLOYEE 'S ARM AND WRIST TO PULL TWIST AND STRAIN.
