Before the incident
On [REDACTED] I was a stacker on Line 1 in 990 when I lifted up a 3 0 solid door when I felt discomfort in arm elbow area So I reported to my manager of the pain I was having On [REDACTED] I was stacking on Line 1 and I was lifting a door off the line when I felt the same pain I had from [REDACTED] Reported to the manager The EE had a previous medical condition and it was thought it was related to that condition However the PC indicated that the existing is not related and this discomfort is workrelated
