Incident Summary: On [REDACTED] an employee was assembling a triple door unit on the prefinish build table The door was exceptionally heavy due to its impactgrade glass and slab construction While offloading the unit to the finished goods rack three team members assisted in lifting the door Despite the support the employee experienced a stinging pain in the left shoulder At the time the employee notified a supervisor and requested an evaluation through Fit for Work where treatment was provided Although the pain was temporarily relieved it persisted Reason for Official Report: On [REDACTED] while working a regular shift the employee experienced a worsening of the pain in the left shoulder As a result the injury and ongoing discomfort were formally reported to the Group Manager on [REDACTED] The employee described soreness and pain localized around the left shoulder area Medcor was contacted immediately and they advised seeking medical attention within two hours
