[REDACTED]: [REDACTED] stated that he was helping to load doors into a trailer with another EE2 when the door tipped forward and [REDACTED] caught the door from falling over [REDACTED] stated he felt a bit of discomfort at the time but that he was fine shortly after with no discomfort [REDACTED]s GM documented the incident but no care was provided as [REDACTED] stated he had no injury and was in need of no care [REDACTED] was checked on several times during the remainder of his shift but each time he reported he had no discomfort or concerns from the incident earlier in the day [REDACTED]: [REDACTED] called out of work the following day after the incident [REDACTED]s GM called to check on him and [REDACTED] reported pain had developed after he stopped moving for the day worsening overnight [REDACTED]s GM asked for him to come into work to document new symptoms and call Medcor for assistance [REDACTED] arrived at work and Medcor was called (REF27744655) who recommended seeking treatment
