EE alleges [REDACTED] while working on the line building a door she got hit on her L side by a bottom rail cart injuring her L arm L knee hips neck and whole back EE denied any open wounds EE denied any self care prior to call EE stated that she now had neck pain starting behind her L ear that would travel down into her shoulder blade and into the top part of her shoulder along with isolated pain in the inner L elbow EE reported feeling pain travel from the top of her hip down into her buttocks while sitting a twinge in her lower back when raising her arm and a twinge on the side of her neck when turning her head to the right however EE maintained movement in both the neck and upper extremity and was still able to walk independently
