Before the incident

EE was removing a jam from the back side of trimmer near tipples A board was suck in between tipple and trough EE locked out affected equipment and removed jam EE noticed two boards also on the back side of trimmer trying to prevent another jam up the EE braced himself in a semi squatted position to grab the first of two boards and threw it in the trough The EE grabbed the second board and attempted to do the exact same thing and this time the board was not tossed hard enough causing the board to come down on top of the EE foot crushing it between the board and the chain the EE had placed his right foot on to get a better stance while throwing
