Employee stated they were pushing an empty double stacked metal rack when the bottom rack feet hit a crack in the floor bringing it to a stop Employee was still continuing to push and it made the top rack fall off the bottom rack and fall over Employee almost flipped over the side of the bottom rack when their mouth chin area hit a side of the top rack that fell over This caused a laceration on the employees chin and inside their mouth
