Around [REDACTED] Employee was moving boxed bifolds off the Finished Good rack Boxed doors were stored in an upright position in the lower opening of the rack in two lines While moving a box from the front row to the back row a couple of boxed doors on the front row leaned to his direction and landed on his upper back (right shoulder and neck area) Employee was able to straighten them back and continue working At midmorning employee came to Safety Office to report the incident and was provided with ice for his right shoulder and neck as it was beginning to feel tight Employee was offered to call Medcor and to send him to the Clinic but declined to both at the time saying that ibuprofen and ice should help him and deciding to wait for evaluation and treatment with FFW resource the next day The [REDACTED] employee requested to be sent to the Clinic as the pain continues and he is worried something worse could have happened he wanted an XRay Waiting on doctor evaluation and recommendation
