Material Handler EE was starting his shift Upon inspection of the forklift EE noticed that the lift was low on LPG EE drove to the back of the building where the LPG tanks are stored Parked the lift at the top of the dock door ramp EE removed the tank from the lift and walked down the ramp to the LPG storage area Selected a full tank from the cage and started back up the ramp The bottom of the ramp is metal and had ice formed on it EE slipped and fell forward with the tank in his hands The tank made contact with his right hand causing lacerations to the middle and ring finger EE contacted Group Manager to his location Medcor was called and referred to the ER
