What happened
EE was pulling a load cart w packages that are going out the cart rolled through the water drain dip outside of the shipping shop. When she applied extra force to pull the cart to get over the dip EE accidently pinched her right foot pinky tow even though EE wore steel toed shoes. The impacted area was right above the steel toe. EE reported the incident to the night supervisor but claimed that was fine. [REDACTED] the right pinky toe was a little more bruised that EE thought and reported the injury to the EHS manager.
