Before the incident
EE1 was restocking [REDACTED] ft LVLs into the Dedicated Location. EE1 placed a new unit on the Lumber Buddy to remove the bands and wrapper before placing into racks.
What happened
As [REDACTED] cut the last strap the front row fell striking EE on his right shin. Upon talking to EE he said he was okay and went back to work. He also mentioned that the unit was at an angle on the lumber buddy one end was hanging off. Around [REDACTED] EE left without notifying Management. Once Management found out they called EE to check on him. EE said he wanted to see a Doctor and was heading to Urgent Care.
