Before the incident
We were pulling the concrete power trowel off of the floor. There is a lifting device that is attached to the front of the skit steer that we use to safely lift the power trowel. there was an operator in the cab of the skid steer and a personal that secures the concrete power trowel to the skid steer Once the power trowel is securely attached the personal walks at a safe distance from the skid steer while making sure the power trowel dose not sway while it is being transported.to the cleaning location.
