Unit was too far back on carrier. Maintenance needed to lift the unit and push it further onto the carrier. [REDACTED] was at the rear grabbed bumper beam lifted and pushed underhanded. Right wrist rolled under causing pain instantly. Associate waited to see if pain would subside. It has not.
