Employee was operating a commercial vehicle.

While waiting for his trailers to be loaded with empty bins the employee exited his commercial vehicle to use the restroom. At that time a forklift was transporting an unsafe load of bins stacked six high. As the forklift made a turn a row of six stacked bins fell over. One of the bins struck the employee on his back pushing him toward his commercial vehicle. As a result he struck his left knee against the vehicle.
