Lifting buckets.

When lifting the buckets I felt pain in my right elbow. I started using my left side and I thought it was getting better until [REDACTED] when it started hurting constantly worse and with other actions. I have tried wearing a brace brand lifting with my other side and using my other side for actions that irritate the right side. It has moved up my tricep as well.
