Employee (EE) was walking from backside of plant to main office when they right foot caught the metal stud protruding from floor This caused the employee to fall to the left side of their body The EE used their left hand to brace their fall In doing so they employee felt an immediate pain on the left wrist The EE then immediately notified the Plant Manager and the EHS Supervisor was sent to evaluate the incident
