She walked into the facility for her shift. Upon getting to the unit she realized she forgot her phone in the car. She walked back downstairs to get her phone from the car.

She was walking on the sidewalk and crossed over the small grass area where her car was located next to and she stepped into a hole and fell on the ground. She was carrying a backpack with her belongings. She landed on both knees and right hand. She had coffee in the left hand.
