What happened
Team member was working as a picker in the Shipping & Receiving department. While his pallet was raised on an electric pallet jack (EPJ) his coworker (X) requested to borrow his EPJ due to X’s EPJ losing power. Team member agreed. During the exchange X lowered the load without realizing team member 's right foot was positioned under the pallet. The pallet made contact with team members foot before being raised.
