When shovelingthe staff member hit a rock and jammed the shovel end into their finger on thier right hand.
Injury or illness
Did not experience much pain in the moment. A few days later the staff member started feeling stiffness in a joint on their right ring finger. Overnight the finger would get curled up and stiff as well.
