EE was filling buckets for hand cleaning some hot spots on line 2 filler area. While she was filling the bucket some cups got jammed on the conveyor and [REDACTED] rushed over to clear the jam.

What happened

While EE was moving quickly to clear a cup jam on the conveyor and while rushing over she stepped in some water on the floor near the drain causing her to slip and fall onto the dairy brick floor

[REDACTED] landed on her right knee to the floor chipping the bone in her knee.

Water surrounding the drain made the floor slippery and falling onto the hard dairy brick floor.
