Before the incident
EE was driving a fork truck onto a CFT trailer when the back end of the trailer dropped significantly.
What happened
When the backend dropped this raised the front end of the trailer off the ground. EE pulled forward in the trailer and the nose dropped back down on the the legs. This caused EE to thrust upwards causing him to hit his head on the roof of the fork truck and he came down hard on his seat causing hip pain.
