What happened
Due to being short staffed the supervisor was driving the forklift removing the full goods from the line. There was a bad layer in the hoist of the palletizer. Supervisor squat down to fix the bad layer and whenever he stood straight he heard a pop in his right knee. From that point on the supervisor could not put any weight on his leg.
