Before the incident
Associate was driving his swing turret doing routine picking. He then entered the aisle to complete his pick right before the incident.
What happened
Associate was grabbing a case from the H level during replenishment. Our swings have a max height so the associate needed to use a hook to move the case closer to themself to grab. During this process of grabbing the case with the hook the case tumbled and smacked the associate in the face.
