repositioning resident. Moving her shoulders over to the left side of the bed

Resident was asking to be repositioned and her shoulders moved over so that she was more in the center of the bed. Staff member put her arm under the Residents shoulder and helped her move her upper body towards the left side of the bed. Staff member felt a shock in her right wrist that radiated to her fingertips

Staff member felt a shock of pain in her right wrist that radiated to her fingertips. After the pain subsided the staff member felt numbness and tingling in her right wrist radiating to her elbow
