Before the incident
[REDACTED] was at dock door 108 at the [REDACTED] Service center. Pulled up to look into a trailer to see if he could load his freight onto the trailer.
What happened
As he was backing up the freight started to shift. [REDACTED] got off the forklift to readjust the load which was air conditioning units and parts. As [REDACTED] was reaching in the pallet to make room for a box that had come out there was a connector in there and it sliced his left hand on the top.
