On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] an associate was plugging in a sit down to charge in bay 14 As the associate took a step back they slipped on a puddle of hydraulic fluid on the floor in [REDACTED] next to the lift This caused the associate to slip and fall on their tailbone lower back On [REDACTED] the EE requested medical attention as the discomfort continued The EE was seen at the sites Occupational Health Clinic XRays were completed and the EE was diagnosed with a small fracture to the coccyx and given restrictions that will not allow the EE to continue work There is a follow up scheduled for [REDACTED]
