Before the incident

On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] an operator with less than 2 years of experience was assigned to case picking function and sustained an injury to the right ankle Immediately following the shift kickoff the employee had elevated and moved their lift slightly (approximately 6 inches) to allow another operator to pass Once the lift came to a complete stop the operator stepped off the edge of the landing rolled their right ankle resulting in a fall to the ground The operator was able to get up under their own power walk to the Unit Managers desk and report the incident to the Team Lead on duty Shortly after the Unit Manager was notified a statement was completed ice and ibuprofen were issued and Axiom was contacted where first aid instruction were issued On [REDACTED] employee requested further medical evaluation and was seen at a local Occupational Health Clinic where the employee was diagnosed with sprain of unspecified ligament of right ankle Employee was given a restriction of limited stan
