Standing at workstation

Crew member presents complaining of left sided lower back pain that started after she hit on the left side with a metal container. Patient states that while standing at her work station a sanitation machine was attempting to pass but hit the large metal container that was beside her causing the container to hit her on the left side and jerk back and forth. She describes pain as 5 10 non radiating and worst with movement and touch. She denies falling any extremity weakness numbness tingling bowel bladder dysfunction trauma. The machine was not travelling very fast.
