Operator was standing on rolling stairs and reaching to the right side to cut shrink wrap on a pallet of plastic bottles in the line loading area behind Line 6. As he started to go down the stairs he felt his foot slip off the step as he pivoted to go down and fell backward from 2 steps up from floor with his right ankle hung up between the two steps as he fell striking his right elbow hip wrist on the floor and spraining his knee
