Before the incident

EE doing shop select picking slabs onto pallet. EE parked pallet-jack close to area where they were selecting and went to grab another slab took unsafe position and attempted to walk around the pallet-jack side stepping in-between stack of doors which EE had selected.

EE brushed side of their lower leg on plywood under pallet resulting in splinter puncturing into side of LH lower leg.
