a Service Utility employee was lifting boxes of consoles in the skid build area and stacking them on pallets. The following day her back was hurting but continued to work. She went home and over the weekend her back felt better so she did not report it. Then on [REDACTED] employee was moving pallets from one area to another when one of the pallets she went to put down slipped and almost landed on her toe which made her jump back and tense up reinjuring her back.
