Employee reached to take a clutch plate from a stack as another employee was putting approximately five plates on top of that same stack. Neither employee saw the other; [REDACTED] 's left ring finger was pinched between existing stack of plates and stack of 5-6 plates that employee was adding the the same stack she was reaching for.
