What happened
The operator lifted two bundles of different lengths: one short (12 to 15 feet) and one long (18 to 20 feet). As the operator hoisted them the short bundle shifted breaking the 4x4 dunnage. This caused the load to fall off the forks onto the employee 's right leg.
