Before the incident
I was in the opening process for the beach and I had just placed a frame down with another beach attendant. I typically line up the frames in the front so they are straight so I bent over and grabbed the front part of the frame to pull it back. (towards my body) I shamefully admit my form was terrible and as soon as I pulled the frame back my lower back immediately started hurting.
