He was moving a cardboard barrel with the forklift

He went to tip the barrel by putting straps on it he then got underneath the barrel and lifted up with his shoulder. This right shoulder had a broken clavicle bone from an injury he had sustained outside of work. While lifting up on the barrel he heard a pop in his right clavicle area
