A Production Team Lead was retrieving a pallet of boxes out of aisle [REDACTED] with a lift-truck.

While backing the lift-truck out of the aisle the top stack of cardboard fell off the lower stack landing on the floor on its side. To correct the issue the team member placed an empty pallet beside the stack of cardboard that fell on the floor. The team member then asked a 2nd team member to assist with tipping the stack of cardboard back onto the empty pallet. While both team members were attempting to tip the stack of cardboard upright the team member felt a pop in his right arm.
