Crew member states that while at a delivery stop (Shoppers Supermarket) he was pulling an empty U-boat while walking forward when a female employee from the local store came up behind him and pulled the cart forcefully. This action caused his left arm to be yanked backwards. He was able to let go of the cart however developed pain in the left shoulder. Pain is now described as 6 10 soreness non radiating pain that is worst with certain movements and improves with rest. He notes mild tingling in the upper arm otherwise denies any weakness numbness neck pain.
