Crew member presents complaining of left shoulder pain since yesterday. She works in quality control and while lifting checking boxes (approximately 50lbs) she gradually felt a small pain in the shoulder. She continued to work as it was very mild however after going home and attempting to lay down for a nap her pain increased tremendously. Patient states that she took dose of [REDACTED] and went to sleep. [REDACTED] she describes pain as 8 10 at rest pinching radiating to the left forearm and worst with movement. She notes having difficulty lifting her arm due to pain and also notes some mild pain in the neck. Patient denies any Arm weakness numbness tingling chest pain sob trauma.
